Alicia Terry is the founder and owner of OnPoint Communications & Training, a professional development and training consultancy that provides entrepreneurs and organizations with training, coaching, and communications services to help them grow their businesses and develop their employees.
With more than 20 years of diverse communications and training experience, Alicia provides relevant solutions to real-world challenges. People who work with Alicia express their pleasure with her approach to understand the core of what they do and why they do it. She works to get clarity on the front-end, which helps her clients achieve their goals on the back-end.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
